Ingredients
Cauliflower – 2 Cup
Potato – 2 medium, mashed
Onion – 2 tbsp, chopped
Green chili – 2 tbsp, chopped
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Chopped Cilantro(Dhonia pata) – ¼ cup
Egg – 1
Bread crumb – 4 tbsp
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Oil for deep fry
For Coating:
Egg – 1
Bread Crumb
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower florets into small pieces. Parboil the cauliflower florets in boiling water for 5-7 minutes in a high flame. Drain and rinse the water.
- Mix all the ingredients in exact amount with cauliflower in a bowl.
- Now make kabab from this mixture.
- Coat kabab first with egg and then breadcrumbs.
- Now heat the oil on medium flame and fry kabab for 2 minutes. Serve hot with sauce. Enjoy!
