Ingredients
Pasta – 2 Cup
Garlic – 1 tbsp, chopped
Capsicum, chopped
Carrot, chopped
Baby Corn, half boiled
Black pepper – 1tbsp,
crushed
Milk – 1 Cup
Cheddar Cheese – ¼ Cup
Butter- 1 tbsp
red chili flakes – 1tbsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Flour- 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Boil the pasta for 5 minutes into hot water, add some oil in it. Then strain pasta into cool water and let it cool.
- Heat a pan on medium temperature and pour 2 tbsp oil on it till it's slightly warm. Add chopped garlic and vegetables and stir for two minutes.
- Transfer everything into a bowl.
- Now, in the same pan pour butter. Add 2tbsp flour and stir for a minute.
- Add milk and mix it with flour completely. Remember, gas should be in medium to low flame.
- Now add cheese, red chili flakes and black pepper on it and mix it well.
- Add all vegetables and pasta. Cook for about one minutes.
- Transfer into a serving dish and Enjoy!
